Conditional alerts : Help Center

It would be very beneficial to have a conditional trigger-based alert. For example, “Only if the 2nd or 3rd test was failed” send an email notification.

This is relevant when you are OK with a failed test once in a while, but when you have 2 or 3 in a row, that can point out on a trend.
